Moonlight Sculptor: Dark Gamer

Hello Adventurers,
This is <Moonlight Sculptor: Darkgamer>.

 

We found out that the unused [world_2001] Server has been able to be entered
at 04/07(Mon) 10:00 ~ 15:40 for certain Adventurers.

 

The issue has currently been fixed and the [world_2001] server can no longer be seen or entered. 

However, the [world_2001] server is not an actual operating server where its data will need to be deleted inevitably.

 

We apologize for this to our Adventurers playing the character with precious time, 

and will provide compensation for the particular accounts that meet the conditions below.

 

 1. Create a new character in the desired server

 2. Submit a ticket to the Customer Service Center with the information below

• Character Name used at the [world_2001] Server on 04/07
• The new Character's Name

 3. Mail will be sent to the new character's mailbox

 

Please take into account that refunds will also be available for those who purchased packages on the particular server. 

 

We deeply apologize for the confusion caused during gameplay,
and will do our best to provide a much more stable service.
