Monster Card Socket

■ How to Unlock Monster Card Socket
 

It can be entered through the upper-right Menu > Monster Card > Socket Tab.


Select the equipment in the bag or currently equipped to the character.
Pop-up appears upon clicking the Unlock Socket button.

Select the unlock method of the desired Monster Card socket.
Click the Unlock button after selecting the desired method.


The Success/Failure depends on the rate, and Monster Card Socket unlocks for the equipment that succeeded.

  • Unlock Rate can be modified under circumstances.
  • Each equipment has separate Unlock Attempts.
  • Unlock Attempt is deducted regardless of Success/Failure and is not recovered.

■ How to Equip Monster Card
 

Select the Monster Card desiring to equip at the unlocked equipment in the Monster Card Tab.
1 Monster Card available can be selected for the set equipment's part.
  • Target : Monster Card equipped to character or in hold

Details can be checked upon selecting the Monster Card.
  • Equip Availablity
  • Equippable Part
  • Effect per Part



Monster Card is socketed to the Equipment upon clicking Equip Card.


Equipment with the Monster Card socket needs to be equipped to apply the effect.
The applied effect differs according to the Monster Card's enhance level.
Monster Card socketed to the equipment cannot be enhanced.
The Monster Card information is shown at the equipment details.
Another Monster Card cannot be equipped to socket with the card.

■ How to Unequip Monster Card
 

Click the monster card socketed to the equipment.
Then click the Monster Card Off button.


The Monster card is unequipped by using gold and materials according to the item grade.


Same Monster Card as before the socket is obtained and the socket becomes empty.
Unequipped Monster Card has the same information as the one before.

  • Unrecoverable Status
  • Exchange Type

■ Monster Card Equipment Socket Precaution
 
Socketed Monster Card moves with the equipment if it is destroyed from enhance/dismantle or registered at the Collection Book.
  • Recovery is unavailable even with the Monster Card Recovery Ticket.
Monster Card is not recovered upon using Equipment Recovery Ticket.
  • Equipment's Unlock Socket Attempt and Status will reset.
Equipment with Monster Card Socket is excluded from Alchemy.
Monster Card remains when the equipment changes from enhancement success or class change.
The activation effect is not duplicated for Ring equipment upon socketing the same card regardless of enhancement level.
  • ex) Stats are not accumulated for socketing Manticore Card (Socket Effect : Crit DMG +5% for 5s upon attack (Cooldown 30s)) at two Rings.
Monster Cards provide various effects
when equipped.

■ How to Acquire
 


Monster Cards are dropped by killing monsters and provide various effects when equipped.
In the left corner of the minimap, under the Hunting Acquisition Items section, you can check the list of Monster Cards that drop in the current map. By clicking on a card, you can see its drop location, and by holding, you can view the detailed effects of the card.
 
■  Equip


  • When you enter the Monster Card menu, you can see your currently equipped Monster Cards and the list of Monster Cards you possess.
  • You can use the buttons at the top to perform Enhance and Dismantle.

■ Enhance
 

  • Duplicate Monster Cards can be used to Enhance.
  • When Monster Card Enhance succeeds, the card's attributes increase. You can enhance a Monster Card up to a maximum of +5.
  • If Monster Card Enhance fails, the Monster Card will be destroyed, and depending on its grade, you will receive Monster Card Pieces.

1 Enhance Slot You can check the Monster Card you want to Enhance and the Monster Card used as Enhance material.
2 Enhance Result Status The status changes that occur when the Monster Card is enhanced are displayed.
3 Success Rate The success probability of Enhance is indicated. If it fails, the Monster Card will be destroyed.
4 Monster Card Inventory Here is the list of Monster Cards you currently possess. You can select two identical cards to proceed with the Enhance.
■ Dismantle

2 Dismantle Result The items obtainable upon Dismantle are indicated.
3 Monster Card Inventory You can view the currently held Monster Cards and select the cards you wish to Dismantle.
■ Craft
 


  • You can gather Monster Card Pieces and create Basic Monster Card Packs through Menu - Craft - Supply - Card Pack.
  • In the Monster Card Pack, you can obtain random Monster Cards of Common to Uncommon grades.
  • Some Monster Cards can only be obtained through Hunting.
