1. General Principles
2) You are asked to agree with Operational Policy to use the service and it takes effect immediately after the agreement.
3) The company provides services following Operational Policy. If you do not comply with the policy, you may be restricted in using the service. So please read it carefully.
4) Articles that are not mentioned in Operational Policy may be coordinated based on the Terms of Use, intention of the policy and socially accepted idea and general standards.
5) Operational Policy aims to deliver the best policy for solution of problems with service in the game. The company can modify and apply Operational Policy at any time for a better service and please be informed that the changed policy will be announced at the official website.
2. User Rights and Obligations
2) ) If you have experienced harassment, abusive behavior / chat, racial slurs or other offensive conduct intended to disrupt your game experience, feel free to report your experience to our Customer Support.
2) To use the game service and link accounts, you must provide accurate information upon registration. You may be restricted from using the service if you provide false information, or use information of another individual. In the case of an issue due to the above, user rights cannot be summoned for protection.
3) You may be restricted from using the service if you violate each provision stated in Table 11-1. (Service Restriction)
4) You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. All users should be familiar with the Operational Policy. In case of the damages or problems that happen due to violation of the policy, please be informed that we may not assist you.
3. The Roles and Responsibilities of Game Master
2) Game Master shall respond to your tickets via official channels sincerely. However, please be informed that we will hardly be able to assist you if the tickets or report is made from unofficial pages.
3) Game Master always shall try to handle any server report / ticket as soon as possible. If you encounter any server issues, please contact Game Master immediately via Customer Support.
4) Game Master shall not intervene in disputes between the users in the game. However, in the event of any violation of the Terms and Operational Policy or any violation of the morals of the game, we may intervene in accordance with the Operational Policy.
5) Game Master will never ask you for your personal information such as username and password.
2) If you attempt to share your account with others or trade cash / in-kind of accounts, characters or items in an unauthorized way, you may be restricted from using the service without warning. You are also responsible for the damages that arise from sharing of account information or real money transactions in an unauthorized way.
3) You must not infringe on the personal information of others. These acts violate the Terms of Service and Operational Policy, and at the same time violate related laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Act, and may be subject to criminal actions.
4) The company manages users’ personal information based on the privacy policy and shall not leak it to others without their consent, except when the law of respective countries requires it. Also, if and when cooperation for an investigation is asked from a public institution or the court, such information may be provided.
2) To proceed with restoration, you must submit a request for restoration through 1:1 inquiry within 7 days of first encountering the issue.
3) Restoration may not be possible in the following cases:
- - If 7 days have passed since discovering the issue
- - If the restoration request is submitted through a third-party account
- - If the cause of the issue is found with the member and their negligence and/or failure to understand the contents specified in the Operational Policy or notices
- - If the damage is caused by the member's normal use of the game service and contents
- - If the damage is caused by hacking or financial crime due to the member’s negligence; however, the perpetrator account may be investigated to prevent further damage, and be subject to service restriction and other measures in accordance with the restriction policy
- - If the issue is not found in the game, or if it is difficult to objectively check the record through data
- - If the member withdraws their account using a normal procedure and process
- - If the member loses their account information due to device loss, device initialization, cache/data deletion, etc. while using a guest account without account linking
- - If the reasons for the issue fall under the "Exemption" section specified in the company's Terms of Service for mobile services
4) To ensure a seamless game service, the company may change the service contents (including modifying, changing, or deleting characters, items, and/or content information) for operational or technical balance. Such details will be notified through the game service prior to making the change.
- - The name that consists of slanders or demeans a particular race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, sex, person or disability
- - The name that slanders the company, its employees, or its service
- - The name that may confuse other users as employees of the company
- - The name that consists of swear words or excessive slang
- - The name that consists of sexually suggestive or obscene content
- - Antisocial names
- - The name that infringes the trademarks or copyrights of the company or others
- - The name that is considered to sell or buy account/character/item in an unauthorized way
- - The name for a commercial advertisement of a specific subject
- - Any combination of spells and characters that imply contents mentioned in the subsection above
2) The name that implies contents mentioned in the subsection above may be changed or deleted without warning in advance.
- - Posts causing discomfort or disgust to other users
- - Posts containing profanity, obscene words and expressions
- - Posts violating public order and morals
- - Posts conflicting with the current law
- - Repetitive/spamming posts
- - Posts defaming/slandering companies and/or individuals
- - Posts based on socio-cultural prejudices such as race, gender, nationality, religious/political conflict, etc.
- - Posts impersonating Game Master or other company employees
- - Posts attempting at cash and/or account transactions
- - Posts violating the Terms of Service, Operational Policy, and other related rules and regulations
- - Posts considered having advertising or commercial purposes
- - Posts containing unauthorized and/or harmful programs or files, or links to such
- - Posts about purposefully entering an undisclosed area, or sharing how to enter such areas
- - Posts that are irrelevant to the nature of the bulletin board, or that hinder the community
- - Posts intentionally interfering with service operation
- - Posts leaking private information of self or others
- - Posts violating copyright or portrait rights of others, or distributing illegal data
- - Posts sharing how to exploit the system/bugs, and distributing unauthorized programs
- - Posts written using illegal programs
- - Posts distributing malicious codes, or leading up to system failure
- - Posts spreading false information or causing misunderstanding in the community
- - Unverifiable posts
- - Other acts intentionally interfering with normal service operation

1) Account theft refers to any action where a person accesses another's account without permission and causes harm to that account's information (such as email addresses, account details, characters, items, and in-game currency). This also includes helping with or profiting from such actions.
2) Account theft is a violation of relevant laws, and the company is not responsible for any civil or criminal actions that may be taken against the user. Additionally, if it is confirmed that a person has illegally used another's personal information, all accounts involved in the theft may have their service use restricted.
3) Users must use their own personal information to play the game. Accounts created using a third party's personal information or false information have no legal claim against the company under any circumstances and may be subject to criminal penalties under relevant laws.
4) Any damage that occurs after sharing your account information or password for the purpose of sharing, exchanging, or trading accounts will not be recognized as damage from account theft, and the company will not be able to assist you.

※ The company may adjust the level of restriction based on the violation and impact it has on the service, as per its Operational Policy and Terms of Service.
If you violate the policy related to Use Restriction more than three times, you may be subject to additional restriction. On the first restriction, the company may adjust the criteria to “more than two times” based on socially accepted idea and general standards to prevent damage and maintain smooth game service.
※ The company may apply sanctions for actions that violate the Terms of Service or relevant laws, even if they are not listed in the Restriction guidelines based on the severity of the violation.
12. Protection of Consultant Rights Policy
1) The following actions are considered a violation of a consultant's human rights and are subject to disciplinary action:
- Submitting a 1:1 inquiry that includes direct or indirect swearing, sexual harassment, or derogatory remarks toward a consultant.
- Submitting a 1:1 inquiry with content unrelated to the consultation or with language that may cause mental distress to the consultant.
2) Any infringement upon a consultant's human rights through 1:1 inquiries may result in sanctions as per our operating policy.
