[Notice][Notice] Restoration of missing items registered on Exchange

Hello Adventurers,
We are Moonlight Sculptor: Darkgamer Team.

This is a notice regarding missing items registered on Exchange, after 11/22 Maintenance.

First and foremost, we would like to express our greatest apologies for all the adventurers that has been waiting for long period to retrieve their lost items from the exchange. It has taken a long time to gather and verify the data that has been collected due to Server Transfer function being active.

The registered items on Exchange that has been lost is now restored, and sent to each Adventurers via in-game mail.

If you feel like the quantity of the item is wrong, or feel like there was faults in restoration, please submit your related inquiries through our in-game customer service center through [Menu] - [Settings] - [Account] - [Customer Service Center].

Additionally, please note that achievements not applied will be retroactively applied to all adventurers after the next maintenance.
 
Please forgive us for taking a long time since it was to investigate and verify the restoration of the precious items of our beloved Adventurers.

We will try our best to learn from this experience, and not cause similar issues.
