Hello Adventurers,

 

We would like to inform Adventurers that we completed investigation of Sol Canyon, and decided on Compensation for connection error.

 

We found out that there were error in Server settings of several Servers,
and fixed the settings so that All qualified Adventurers could access Sol Canyon around 20:45 (UTC +8).

Like previously noticed, we would like to compensate for the connection error that was caused in Sol Canyon.

 

 Adventurers who qualify for all the conditions below (Suppression Chests)

• CP over 60,000
• Rank 1 ~ 50 in Server
• Adventurers in Servers which experienced Connection Error

(Servers with Connection Error: K4, K5, K7, K8, K10, K11, K12, S1, A1, A3)

All Adventurers with Sol Canyon Access (Red Ruby Crystals x 10,000)

Compensation

• 1 x Desmond Suppression Reward Chest (Selected Adventurers of conditions)
• 1 x Barghest Suppression Reward Chest (Selected Adventurers of conditions)
• 1 x Ednos Suppression Reward Chest (Selected Adventurers of conditions)
• 10,000 Red Ruby Crystals (All Adventurers with Sol Canyon Access)

Distribution Schedule

• Before 03/20 (Wed) Regular Maintenance sequentially

We understand that following compensation do not fullfill the interest and expectation that fell with connection error to Sol Canyon,
But kindly ask for Adventurers' understanding for the Compensation to be a proof of promise,
that we will try our best to provide quality Service.

We are once again greatly sorry for the trouble that this error made Adventurers to experience.
