2026-06-23 10:00

Hello Adventurers,
This is <Moonlight Sculptor: Darkgamer>.

First and foremost, we would like to sincerely thank all Adventurers who participated in the Adventurer Feedback Event,
which was held to help us prepare a better service direction following the service transfer.

Through this feedback collection, we were able to hear the inconveniences Adventurers are
currently experiencing while playing the game, the areas you would like to see improved,
and the direction you expect for future updates and service operations.

The development team of does not view the feedback you have sent simply as general suggestions.

Instead, we are using your feedback as an important
basis for establishing the direction of future updates and service improvements.

The main feedback we received has been summarized as follows.

1. Content-Related Feedback
  • There is a lack of new content that can be enjoyed repeatedly.

  • Long-term players need growth-oriented content that can serve as a continued goal.

  • The entry barrier for high-level content is high, making it accessible only to some players.

  • Existing content, such as Guild Conquest, lacks sufficient reward efficiency, reducing the motivation to participate.

  • Improvements are needed for the overall gameplay environment of major content, including dungeons, fields, and boss content.

  • Some Adventurers would like to see expanded life content, such as fishing, cooking, and housing.

2. Growth and Balance-Related Feedback
  • The growth difficulty is high, making it difficult for new and returning players to adapt.

  • The gap between top-ranking players and general players feels too large.

  • There is a significant burden between the amount of growth materials obtained and the amount required.

  • The burden of major growth elements, such as equipment, skills, and collections, needs to be eased.

  • Certain growth sections feel too stagnant.

  • After reaching certain grades, there is a lack of clear growth goals and satisfying rewards.

  • Some Adventurers requested adjustments to class efficiency imbalance caused by excessively high critical resistance values in certain hunting areas, such as Basra Cave.

3. Hunting and Field Environment-Related Feedback
  • Indiscriminate PK makes it difficult for general players to use high-level hunting grounds and major content.

  • Safe areas or safe channels are needed in some dungeons and fields so that Adventurers can complete quests and hunt more comfortably.

  • The burden of consuming revival and re-entry currency, such as Butterflies, is high due to abnormal disconnections and other issues.

  • Improvements are needed for hunting ground movement and movement convenience within dungeons.

  • Hunting efficiency and monster balance need to be adjusted in certain areas.

4. Event and Reward-Related Feedback
  • More reward events that allow players to feel meaningful growth progress are needed.

  • Events that new, returning, and existing players can all participate in, such as Jumping Events available to existing players, are needed.

  • Mission-based events with clear objectives, such as Mythic Step-by-Step Mission Events, are needed in addition to simple login rewards.

  • Event rewards should be structured to provide practical help for growth.

  • Event periods, conditions, and reward details should be explained more clearly.

  • Some Adventurers would like to see the return of previously well-received reward events, such as Hide-and-Seek events and collection events.

  • Some event mission conditions that are difficult to complete, such as World Boss defeat missions, should be eased through difficulty adjustments.

5. Server and Gameplay Environment-Related Feedback
  • Server stability needs to be improved, including issues such as memory leaks during long play sessions and abnormal disconnections.

  • Regional gameplay environments and server structures, such as consideration of global time zone differences and separated matching, need to be reviewed.

  • A schedule for server merges or server transfers is needed.

  • Improvements are needed for connection environments and content availability during certain time periods, including requests for an offline idle mode.

  • UI convenience improvements are needed, such as expanding bag slots, opening boxes in bulk, and claiming collection rewards in bulk.

6. BM and Product-Related Feedback
  • Some products feel burdensome in terms of product composition and price.

  • Products with low purchase efficiency or low necessity need to be improved.

  • A reward structure that allows light users to maintain growth motivation is needed.

  • The difference between event products and regular products should be made clearer.

  • The acquisition routes for key growth resources need to be diversified.

7. Operation and Communication-Related Feedback
  • Advance notice regarding update schedules and directions is needed.

  • Confirmed issues and the progress of fixes should be shared more frequently.

  • Adventurers would like updates that show whether user feedback is actually being reviewed.

  • Feedback from Adventurers in each region should continue to be checked and reflected.

Based on the feedback sent by Adventurers, we have classified the following items as priority review targets
and are currently conducting internal reviews.

  • Review the difficulty adjustment and application of the Mythic Step-by-Step Mission Event

  • Review event improvements to strengthen growth motivation and content participation

  • Review improvement directions for the PK system and hunting environment

  • Review revival currency consumption and dungeon convenience improvements

  • Review ways to provide repeatable content and goal-oriented content

  • Review improvements to the server environment and regional gameplay environment

  • Review convenience improvements for known bugs, system UI, and related features

However, some feedback may be difficult to reflect immediately,
as game balance, development schedules, and system structures must be reviewed together.

Items that require additional development or long-term review will be included in future update plans
and announced sequentially.

However, please note that whether each item can be reflected may vary depending on the results of internal review,
development feasibility, and technical limitations.

We kindly ask for your understanding in advance that some improvements may be difficult to proceed with.

Once again, we sincerely thank all Adventurers who sent us their valuable feedback.

Thank you.
