We have sent items to replace the deleted buffs via in-game mail to the adventurers who experienced the issue.

If you are one of the adventurers who have not received the compensation mail,
please contact our Customer Support Center. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

As of 8:45 PM(UTC+8), the issue where buffs were removed when moving to the Mt. Livias region has been fixed.
You can now move to the area and enjoy the game without problems.

We kindly ask adventurers to reconnect for a smoother gameplay experience.
Additionally, we are currently reviewing and discussing the issue of the missing buffs internally.
Once compensation has been decided, we will notify you through an additional announcement.

and we will do our best to provide a more stable service.

Following the update on 09/11 (Wed), we have confirmed that buffs are being removed when entering the Mt. Livias region.
We have taken action to restrict entry and movement in that area.
